We want you to love your Maileg treasures, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain soft toys and accessories must remain in their sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Maileg packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.
Ship Your Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
